How To Lose Stomach Fat

In this article I am going to tell you why it can be so difficult to lose stomach fat, and point out to you what you can do about it.

The first thing to know is that the body is naturally trying to hold on to stomach fat. It is a survival mechanism, to defend against starvation.

Now, you would be right if you thought that there’s no way you are going to starve your body to death, but the fact is that your body does not know this. In fact, it knows nothing – it can’t think, like your mind can, so it just acts on reflexes and impulses.

So, what does it do when you start to put it into starvation mode (by dieting)? By reducing your calories, you are trying to make the body burn fat to use as energy.

When you start to diet, your body fights back by reducing its energy consumption and by giving you cravings and making you feel bad. This is how your body controls you, by making you feel bad unless you do what it considers to be the right thing. As you are trying to avoid bad feelings in life, it’s easy to find yourself giving in to the body’s demands.

A big temptation that can lead to a lot of trouble is to use calorie burning diet pills. The ads for these products make them seem completely safe, but the reality is that they can cause a lot of harm. Sometimes they contain dangerous stimulants that force the body to burn energy at an alarming rate. This can make you feel good and lose weight fast, but the side effects of these drugs can cause serious permanent damage to the body.

There is a way to avoid the problem. You just need to trick your body into feeling like it is eating more food than it is! This way, you can reduce your calories without feeling bad (i.e. hungry or sluggish), and yet your body will continue to burn energy at a high rate. It will automatically start burning fat as soon as the energy from the food is consumed.
