Some women have ovarian cysts and never even know it. But for most of us there is considerable pain in the pelvic region. This pain is not monthly menstrual cramps. It is the pain of ovarian cysts. And it is severe.

Cysts cause pain, generally, for one of the following reasons:
1. Something causing pressure on the cyst.
2. The fallopian tube is twisting
3. The cyst has burst

Pain from an ovarian cyst is common. Generally it needn’t alarm you. The exception is any of the following; if this should occur, call your doctor immediately.
1. Rapid breathing, panting
2. Pain accompanied by vomiting and or fever
3. Faintness, weakness, dizziness
4. Sudden severe pain in the abdomen

If any of these occur, your body is telling you something is very wrong. You should seek medical help without hesitation. Chances are it is number 2 or 3 from above.

Pressure pain you can ease. Try the following:

1. Your pain is caused by pressure on the abdomen. Be aware of what you are wearing. No tight jeans, or control top pantyhose. Good day to just stay in your pajamas, if you can!

2. Chances are you have only one cyst, or one ovary affected. So if you want to be able to sleep at all, it is wise to figure out which side gives you the least discomfort. Lie down on one side, and very slowly turn to the other side. One side will feel less pain than the other, or it could be on your back. At bed time very gently slip into bed on that side, and give yourself a chance at at least some sleep.

3. Stress will complicate your situation. It causes you to fill your body with tension, and in turn pull in those tummy muscles and put pressure on the cyst. In other words, stress causes you still more pain.

When you feel stress coming try a deep breathing method. The breathing benefits the whole body. Practice your deep breathing technique and you will find you are able to relax quite quickly when you use it.

If you don’t have your own method, follow my routine:

1. Get comfortable, sitting or lying, and close your eyes

2. Inhale gently through your nose for a count of 4 – imagine a balloon completely filling up, as your diaphragm gently pushes downward.

3. For the next count of 4, hold your breath

4. Breath out through your mouth, gently and slowly, to the count of 10. If you cannot make 10, start with 8.

About 10 breaths will help you to feel somewhat relaxed. But, stay slow and gentle. If you breath too fast, you may get dizzy.

5. Lie down where you can be comfortable for at least half an hour. Now, place a heating pad on your abdominal area. Heat can relieve pain quite well, but it is a slow process. So give yourself time for it to work.

The methods listed here will help you reduce the pain of ovarian cysts. But, as long as you have cysts, you will be subject to the pain. There are natural ways to relieve the entire problem, which do not include medication, and can end the cyst problem forever! Plus they will improve your general health.

It may be embarrassing for girls having issues with bacterial vagina. This is really common in the vaginal area because there is so much natural growing bacteria, though that doesn’t change your level of embarrassment when it comes to speaking with your doc. Here are easy natural remedies for BV that you can tested before going to see a doc.

The first remedy you must try is cranberry juice, try drinking lots of it. Because it is so acid, cranberry juice can battle bacteria, as well as do some other great things for your body. You will have fewer troubles with bacteria stimulating problematic vaginal issues, if you are among the adult females that use up fine cranberry juice on a regular basis.

Remedy number two, you should reduce using tight clothing. Your body has no ability to breathe if you constantly wearing clothing that is tight. You will be more at risk for getting a bacteria related issue if you permit bacteria to develop. During the daytime, be sure to wearing white cotton underwear, and go without underwear in the evening, especially if you are one of the numerous adult females that like to wearing tight clothing.

Consume a lot of water to cure your bv. Your condition will worsen, if you don’t, as carbohydrates can make it easier for bacteria to develop. Most individuals do not drink adequate water, which is a pity, because your body needs it and uses it as a natural relief. These are the most effective quick cures for BV, and saving it at bay for a long-term while.
